We are looking for a Teacher of MFL (Spanish & French) to commence in September 2024

This position is to cover a maternity leave from September 24 and there may be accommodation available.

Our school is an HMC co-educational boarding and day school with 940 pupils that nurtures academic excellence, sporting success and creative talent.  The campus of 400 acres is situated on the edge of the South Downs, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

We are looking to appoint a Teacher of MFL to commence in September 2024.  The successful candidate will be a well-qualified graduate with the ability to teach across Key Stage 3 and 4.  The ability to teach Spanish or French to KS5 level is desirable but not essential.

You would be joining a thriving MFL department who are fully committed to ensuring that every student reaches their full potential.  Class sizes are 20 or less at KS3 and 4 and smaller again at KS5.

We are delighted that over the last few years, our results at both KS4 and 5 have been extremely pleasing!  We work hard to ensure that the strengths of every single student are recognised and valued.  We are keen to provide a holistic education for our pupils therefore our Performing Arts, Sport and Outdoor Education offerings are highly valued.

We welcome applications from both experienced and Early Career Teachers and provide an excellent support programme throughout their Induction and beyond. We offer extremely competitive rates of pay and a total of 18 weeks holiday per annum as well as an outstanding working environment. Accommodation may be available with this post.
