Teacher of Music to commence in September 2024.

Full or part time (0.8 fte) for one academic year

Salary – Teachers pay scale plus London Fringe Allowance

For September 2024, we are seeking a well-qualified teacher of Music who has the enthusiasm to motivate students in all aspects of music at this 11-18 grammar school for boys with a co-educational Sixth Form.

Music, both curricular and co-curricular, plays a very important part in the life of the school and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to contribute to this further, teaching Music across the school.

This post offers an exciting opportunity for an early career teacher or for someone looking to broaden their experience in an innovative and high achieving school. The opportunity for a Teaching and Learning Responsibility allowance for Assistant Team Leader for Music may be available for the right candidate.

Our school has 1370 students, of which 450 are in the co-educational Sixth Form. In November 2019 the school was judged to be Outstanding in a full section 5 inspection under the new Education Inspection Framework.
